Recorded January - April 2018 at The Broom Closet, Dartmouth MA.
This EP is comprised of tracks written between 2011-2017. When I went to record drums for another artist's project, I discovered a folder full of wizard rock song demos that I started but never finished. After listening to them, I wanted to give them the "full treatment" - and so you have this EP.
The original plan was to record this as a Muggle Spell Theory release, and it started life as a synth-driven pop album (you can hear that in a few of the songs, still). However, as I re-tracked parts I wasn't happy with, and re-mixed the guitars louder, and realized the lyrics were slightly on the darker side, I knew I had to bring back Creevey Crisis for this release.
Special thanks to Chris and Steph for their amazing contributions and friendship; their support and assistance have helped my songs sound way better than they should have for years now. I am forever in your debt.
Extra special thanks to my kids, Becca & Jake. Having them help and contribute to this EP had me in awe of their talents. They are already brilliant artists and musicians who are only going to get better, and I am their biggest fan.
